About Us

Fall River Community Media (FRCMedia) is an award-winning multimedia center dedicated to connecting the community by distributing news and information and empowering individuals to become active creators of local content.

FRCMedia was established in 2000 as a partnership between the City of Fall River and Bristol Community College. We manage:

  • Fall River Community Television (FRCTV – Channel 95), a public access television station that currently broadcasts over 20 locally produced programs. Watch on Channel 95 on the Comcast cable system or stream at frmedia.org.
  • FRCMedia News, an online multimedia news resource and weekly TV program focused on topics that impact city residents: neighborhoods, public safety, education, business, government, politics, and culture.

If you live or work in Fall River you can develop and distribute engaging non-commercial content at FRCMedia. We foster free speech, creative expression, and a voice for all and encourage you to:

  • Produce your own community-based television program
  • Volunteer on a television program or with FRCMedia News
  • Take advantage of training in the use of our state-of-the-art multimedia equipment
  • Share your content across multiple communications platforms

Our services are free. Connect with FRCMedia today and let your voice be heard! Produce a show or volunteer today!
